Arundhati Roy has, very bluntly and frankly, penned down the problems in this detailed article that India faces today, that have often been ignored for various reasons - be it the corrupt politicians or the fundamentalists.
Some of the information in this article is sure to come as a surprise to many people who take everything on its face value, where as what lies under the covers is the truth - cold and confronting.
An absolute must read for anyone wishing to get a first hand idea about the Indian political scenario and the state of affairs of various incidents that have all but blotted Indian democracy and secularism.

I havent gone through the article you have requested readers to read as i do not want to waste my time thinking about indian politics or any xyz reasons behind any abc problem.Just want to say Indian people are poofters and hardly a single indiviual ever practiced his/her fundamental rights so its not fair to always blaim politicians,It is the time when common man should wake up and understand his rights and obligations towards a civilized society and his country.I request everyone just to be honest and atleast do his/her job properly and just behave like an ideal citizen not like puppets,This system is created and crafted by indian people,so every good citizen of country should come forward and just BEHAVE YES JUST BEHAVE LIKE A CIVILIZED PERSON AND USE YOUR RIGHTS SUCH AS RIGHT TO INFORMATION,Right of free speech and right to fight and protest please for god sake atleast be a good citizen of your country called incredible India. Thanks
