…I need to concentrate on:

1. Watch what I eat (and drink)
2. Get some exercise
3. Follow 1 and 2 religiously before it gets too late

    veer, i have finally started running & swimming today. Did about 1.5 Kms before my heart wanted to pop out.

    Would love to know your experiences and tips.. am aiming to run about 5 kms everyday after about 1.5 months. Is it possible?
